Techsoma Canada’s editorial work is guided by accuracy, fairness, transparency, and service to readers.
Accuracy and verification
We aim to verify material facts before publication, distinguish confirmed information from analysis, and use primary documents or direct sources when they are available.
Sourcing and attribution
We identify sources and link to supporting material where practical. Anonymous sourcing should be used only when the information serves a clear public interest and the source cannot reasonably be named.
Independence and commercial content
Editorial decisions should not be determined by advertisers or sponsors. Paid, sponsored, or partner material should be clearly labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial coverage.
Conflicts and transparency
Writers and editors should disclose material relationships that could affect, or appear to affect, their coverage. Significant limitations or uncertainty should be explained to readers.
Updates and corrections
We aim to correct material errors promptly and transparently. See our Corrections page for how to report an issue.
